Van Deijl Jewellers: Returns and Refund

New items:

New items may be returned for credit or a full refund within 10 business days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

The item and its original packaging must be in unused, unworn, and unscratched condition.
The item must be accompanied by the original invoice or valuation certificate, which will be used to verify the date of purchase and proof of ownership.

Faulty items:

Faulty items may be returned for repair, replacement, credit, or a full refund within 6 months of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. Each return will be assessed to determine the cause of the damage and the validity of the claim.

- For items found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, Van Deijl will repair or replace the item at no cost to the customer.
- Customer damage, including misuse or mishandling, is not covered under the manufacturing guarantee. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any repair costs incurred.

Each return is assessed on a case-by-case basis, and Van Deijl is committed to ensuring a fair and efficient process with minimal inconvenience to the customer.
